At HedronTime, we understand that buying a luxury watch is a significant purchase. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our timepieces and want you to shop with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We have 5 day easy return policy
2. Inspection Process
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will carefully inspect the watch. Returns not meeting conditions may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for another model, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges depend on product availability.
5. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty terms apply. Please consult the warranty booklet included with your watch. HedronTime assists in facilitating warranty repairs but does not replace manufacturer obligations.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and used watches are non-returnable.
Watches showing wear, alteration, or damage caused by misuse are excluded.
7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs, and duties. HedronTime is not liable for packages lost in transit.
8. Steps to Initiate a Return
Contact Matthew@hedrontime.com with your order number.
Our team will issue return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Securely package the watch and ship using a trackable method.
